"On one visit, I noticed an associate on the stores phone taking a personal phone call. I don't know what kind of special favors she was getting from management to be able to do this and slow down the line while having the other two cashiers pick up her slack on such a busy day. I would never allow such blatant favoritism to be on display like that as a manager."
